LET’S GO CAMP
Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk, Medical Authorization, and Release of Liability

LET’S GO CAMP is a program operated by CAMP TRAVELER LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as LETS GO CAMP.
By registering my child for LET’S GO CAMP, I, as the parent or legal guardian, acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1. Nature of the Program
I understand that LET’S GO CAMP is a travel and excursion-based day camp program that may include transportation to and from various locations and participation in a wide range of on-site and off-site activities, including but not limited to field trips, outdoor recreation, sports, swimming or water-related activities, amusement and adventure activities, nature activities, play centers, museums, parks, animal encounters, inflatables, climbing, skating, jumping, boating-related or waterfront activities, and other active, educational, recreational, or potentially strenuous activities.
I understand that activities, destinations, transportation providers, schedules, and program details may vary and may be changed, substituted, rescheduled, or canceled in LETS GO CAMP’s discretion due to weather, safety concerns, operational needs, third-party availability, or other circumstances
I understand that the Let’s Go Camp schedule, destinations, activities, venues, transportation plan, departure times, return times, pickup and drop-off times, and daily program may be changed, substituted, delayed, or canceled at the sole discretion of CAMP TRAVELER LLC due to weather, safety concerns, traffic, venue availability, operational needs, staffing, group size, low enrollment, third-party availability, or other circumstances. I understand that such changes do not entitle me to a refund, credit, transfer, make-up day, or compensation..

2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that my child’s participation in LET’S GO CAMP involves inherent and unavoidable risks. These risks include, without limitation, risks arising from:
  • participation in physical, recreational, educational, travel, adventure, water-related, athletic, and outdoor activities;
  • travel by van, bus, shuttle, private carrier, rideshare, walking, or other transportation arranged, coordinated, recommended, or used in connection with camp activities;
  • slips, falls, collisions, drowning, near-drowning, sprains, fractures, cuts, insect bites, animal-related incidents, heat exhaustion, dehydration, sun exposure, allergic reactions, food-related reactions, and other bodily injury;
  • the acts, omissions, or conditions created by third-party venues, vendors, operators, carriers, activity providers, property owners, schools, hosts, sponsors, partners, or other participants;
  • negligence of other participants or third parties;
  • equipment failure, playground risks, inflatable risks, sports-related risks, amusement-related risks, waterfront risks, and risks associated with unfamiliar environments, public places, and transportation loading or unloading.
I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks, both known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, associated with my child’s participation in LET’S GO CAMP and all related transportation and activities.

3. Transportation Consent and Travel Safety Acknowledgment
I authorize my child to be transported for camp purposes by vehicles selected, arranged, coordinated, or approved by LET’S GO CAMP, including transportation operated by employees, contractors, third-party transportation providers, or partner venues, when applicable.
I understand that transportation itself involves risks, including traffic accidents, loading and unloading risks, delays, route changes, and risks arising from the acts or omissions of drivers, passengers, carriers, or other third parties.
I understand that LET’S GO CAMP will implement reasonable supervision and safety procedures as determined by the camp, but cannot guarantee my child’s absolute safety during transportation or while entering, exiting, or traveling to, from, or between destinations.

4. Water, Adventure, and Higher-Risk Activities
I specifically acknowledge that some camp activities may involve water, swimming pools, splash pads, beaches, lakes, boating-adjacent areas, or other aquatic environments, as well as climbing, jumping, skating, obstacle courses, inflatables, animal interactions, amusement venues, and other activities that may be considered adventurous, physically demanding, or higher-risk.
I understand that such activities may present a heightened risk of serious injury, illness, emotional distress, disability, or death.
I voluntarily authorize my child’s participation in such activities unless I notify LET’S GO CAMP in writing in advance of any specific restriction, and I understand that even with reasonable precautions, serious incidents can occur.

5. Release of Liability and Hold Harmless
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself, my child, and our heirs, assigns, representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, discharge, covenant not to sue, and agree to hold harmless:
  • CAMP TRAVELER LLC, d/b/a LETS GO CAMP, and each of its past and present owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, staff, counselors, volunteers, agents, contractors, representatives, insurers, successors, and assigns;
  • and also any and all affiliated or related persons and entities involved in, connected with, hosting, supporting, promoting, referring, advertising, informing families about, providing access to, sponsoring, coordinating, operating, transporting for, supplying services to, or serving as a venue for LET’S GO CAMP activities, including but not limited to schools, educational institutions, landlords, property owners, lessors, licensors, venue operators, excursion sites, museums, parks, recreational facilities, activity providers, transportation companies, bus or van operators, drivers, carriers, hosts, sponsors, marketing partners, media partners, community partners, referral partners, informational partners, and other third-party partners or collaborators;
  • from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, actions, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related in any way to my child’s participation in LET’S GO CAMP, attendance at any camp-related location, transportation, off-site excursions, or involvement in any camp-related activity.
This release is intended to include claims based on ordinary negligence to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, but does not apply to claims that cannot legally be waived under Florida law.

6. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the released parties from and against any claims, demands, suits, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or related to:
  • my child’s acts or omissions;
  • my child’s violation of camp rules or instructions;
  • any inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted health, behavioral, allergy, medication, supervision, or emergency information provided by me;
  • or any claim brought by or on behalf of my child or a third party arising from my child’s participation in the program, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Medical Authorization and Emergency Care
I authorize LET’S GO CAMP staff and representatives to provide or arrange first aid, emergency treatment, rescue assistance, transportation for medical care, hospitalization, or other medical services deemed reasonably necessary for my child in the event of injury, illness, allergic reaction, or other medical emergency if I cannot be reached promptly.
I understand that LET’S GO CAMP is not a medical provider and may rely on outside emergency responders, urgent care facilities, hospitals, or other medical professionals.
I agree to be solely responsible for all medical bills, hospital charges, transportation expenses, prescription costs, and other related expenses incurred on behalf of my child.

8. Health, Behavior, and Eligibility Disclosure
I certify that all medical, allergy, medication, behavioral, psychological, developmental, and special supervision information I provide is true, complete, and current.
I understand that because LET’S GO CAMP is a mobile, excursion-based, group-supervision program involving transportation and off-site activities, it may not be suitable for every child or for children who require one-on-one supervision or specialized accommodations beyond the camp’s staffing model and operational capacity.
I agree to notify LET’S GO CAMP promptly of any change in my child’s health, condition, medication, behavioral needs, allergies, swimming ability, activity restrictions, or emergency contact information.
LETS GO CAMP reserves the right to deny, limit, or discontinue a child’s participation if the camp determines, in its sole judgment, that participation may be unsafe for the child, other campers, or staff, or if the child’s needs exceed the camp’s reasonable capabilities.
I understand that any medication, allergy treatment, emergency medication, or special medical instruction must be disclosed in writing before my child attends camp. Medication must be provided in its original packaging with clear written instructions. LET’S GO CAMP may refuse to administer or supervise medication if instructions are incomplete, unclear, unsafe, or outside the camp’s reasonable capabilities.

9. Camp Rules and Supervision
I understand that my child must follow all camp rules, safety requirements, transportation rules, venue rules, behavioral expectations, and instructions given by camp staff and third-party operators.
I understand that unsafe, aggressive, disruptive, noncompliant, or inappropriate behavior may result in restrictions, parent notification, early pickup, suspension, or dismissal from camp without refund.
I understand that staff may establish and enforce reasonable rules regarding electronics, personal belongings, dress code, food, hydration, sun protection, and participation in activities.

10. Personal Property
I understand that my child should not bring valuables, expensive electronics, jewelry, cash, or other important personal items unless specifically requested.
I agree that LET’S GO CAMP and the released parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

11. Pick-Up Authorization
I understand that my child will only be released to a parent, legal guardian, or other person listed by me as authorized for pick-up, unless otherwise approved by the camp.
I understand that identification may be required before release of my child.

12. Photo, Video, and Media Release
I grant permission to CAMP TRAVELER LLC, d/b/a LETS GO CAMP, and its designees, partners, and authorized media/marketing representatives to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture my child’s image, voice, likeness, artwork, or participation during camp activities.
I authorize the use, publication, reproduction, editing, distribution, display, and promotional use of such materials in any format or media now known or later developed, including websites, social media, digital advertising, print materials, newsletters, press materials, and other marketing, educational, editorial, or promotional content, without compensation or further approval.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of such materials.
If I do not want my child to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, I understand that I must notify LET’S GO CAMP in writing before my child attends camp. I understand that LET’S GO CAMP will make reasonable efforts to honor such request, but cannot guarantee exclusion from all background, group, or incidental images taken in public or group settings.

13. Drop-Off, Pick-Up, Late Pick-Up, and Schedule Changes
I understand that the regular drop-off time for Let’s Go Camp is between 8:45 AM and 9:00 AM, and the regular pick-up time is between 4:45 PM and 5:00 PM.
The regular drop-off and pick-up location is:
3881 NE 163rd St, North Miami Beach, FL 33160
I understand that the camp program may require a different departure time, return time, drop-off time, or pick-up time depending on the scheduled activities, destination, transportation plan, traffic, weather, venue requirements, or operational needs. Parents/guardians will be notified of any schedule changes on the Friday prior to the upcoming camp week, when reasonably possible.
I understand that late pick-up may result in a late fee of $25 per hour, or any portion thereof. I also understand that if I am late for pick-up, the pick-up address may be changed depending on the camp’s transportation route, schedule, staff availability, or operational needs. I agree to follow all updated pick-up instructions provided by CAMP TRAVELER LLC.

14. Payments, Deposits, Refunds, and Credits
I understand and agree that all payments, including deposits, camp tuition, transportation fees, field trip fees, admission tickets, and any other charges, are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No credits, transfers, make-up days, or rescheduling will be provided for absences, illness, withdrawal, dismissal, late arrival, early pickup, weather-related schedule changes, venue changes, transportation delays, or any missed portion of camp for any reason.
Full payment for camp and transportation, if applicable, is due no later than two (2) weeks before the start date of the registered camp week.

15. No Guarantee of Safety
I understand and acknowledge that no camp, venue, transportation provider, or activity operator can guarantee the safety of participants at all times. I understand that supervision reduces but does not eliminate risk.

16. Governing Law and Venue
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement or my child’s participation in LET’S GO CAMP shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

17. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. Electronic Signature and Agreement
I understand that this agreement may be signed electronically and that my electronic signature shall be deemed the legal equivalent of my handwritten signature to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Florida law generally recognizes properly executed electronic signatures and electronic records.
