LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP
Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk, Medical Authorization, Payment Policy, and Release of Liability

LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP is a program operated by CAMP TRAVELER LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as LET'S GO CAMP.

By registering my child for LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP, I, as the parent or legal guardian, acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:
1. Nature of the Program
I understand that LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP is an overnight camp program that includes transportation to and from the camp location, overnight accommodations, supervised group living, off-site and on-site activities, meals, sports, outdoor recreation, water-related activities, camp games, nature activities, waterfront activities, swimming, and other educational, recreational, athletic, and potentially strenuous or higher-risk activities.
I understand that activities, schedules, accommodations, transportation arrangements, destinations, and program details may vary and may be changed, substituted, rescheduled, or canceled at the discretion of LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP due to weather, safety concerns, operational needs, third-party availability, or other circumstances.
2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that my child’s participation in LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP involves inherent and unavoidable risks. These risks include, without limitation, risks arising from:

• participation in physical, recreational, educational, athletic, outdoor, overnight, adventure, and water-related activities;
• travel by bus, van, shuttle, private carrier, walking, or other transportation arranged, coordinated, or approved in connection with camp activities;
• overnight accommodations, sleeping in shared cabins, dormitories, or camp housing, shared bathroom facilities, nighttime supervision, movement between sleeping quarters and activity areas, and interaction with other campers;
• slips, falls, collisions, drowning, near-drowning, sprains, fractures, cuts, burns, insect bites, animal-related incidents, allergic reactions, food-related reactions, illness, dehydration, sun exposure, heat exhaustion, emotional distress, and other bodily injury;
• the acts, omissions, or conditions created by third-party venues, campgrounds, property owners, operators, staff, vendors, transportation providers, activity providers, hosts, sponsors, partners, or other participants;
• negligence of other participants or third parties;
• equipment failure, sports-related risks, waterfront risks, swimming risks, bunk or lodging risks, campfire-related risks, unfamiliar environments, and risks associated with transportation loading and unloading.

I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks, both known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, associated with my child’s participation in LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP, including transportation, overnight lodging, meals, camp supervision, and all related activities.
3. Transportation Consent and Travel Safety Acknowledgment
I authorize my child to be transported for camp purposes by vehicles selected, arranged, coordinated, or approved by LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP, including transportation operated by employees, contractors, third-party transportation providers, or partner venues, when applicable.
I understand that transportation involves risks, including traffic accidents, delays, route changes, loading and unloading risks, and risks arising from the acts or omissions of drivers, passengers, carriers, or other third parties.
I understand that LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP will implement reasonable supervision and safety procedures as determined by the camp, but cannot guarantee my child’s absolute safety during transportation or while entering, exiting, or traveling to, from, or between destinations.
4. Overnight Accommodations and Group Living
I understand that my child will participate in an overnight camp environment involving shared living spaces, sleeping quarters, bathrooms, meal service, group schedules, nighttime supervision, and communal camp routines.
I understand that overnight participation involves additional risks, including homesickness, emotional stress, sleep disruption, interaction with other campers, accidents during nighttime movement, and risks associated with living in a communal setting away from home.
I understand that LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP will provide supervision as determined appropriate by the camp, but cannot provide one-on-one supervision unless specifically agreed in writing.
5. Water, Adventure, and Higher-Risk Activities
I specifically acknowledge that some camp activities may involve lakes, pools, waterfronts, swimming areas, splash zones, boating-adjacent areas, or other aquatic environments, as well as climbing, jumping, obstacle courses, inflatables, animal interactions, sports, campfire-related activities, and other activities that may be considered adventurous, physically demanding, or higher-risk.
I understand that such activities may present a heightened risk of serious injury, illness, emotional distress, disability, or death.
I voluntarily authorize my child’s participation in such activities unless I notify LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP in writing in advance of any specific restriction, and I understand that even with reasonable precautions, serious incidents can occur.
6. Release of Liability and Hold Harmless
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself, my child, and our heirs, assigns, representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, discharge, covenant not to sue, and agree to hold harmless:

• CAMP TRAVELER LLC, d/b/a LETS GO CAMP and LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP, and each of its past and present owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, staff, counselors, volunteers, agents, contractors, representatives, insurers, successors, and assigns;
• and also any and all affiliated or related persons and entities involved in, connected with, hosting, supporting, promoting, referring, advertising, informing families about, providing access to, sponsoring, coordinating, operating, transporting for, supplying services to, or serving as a venue for LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP activities, including but not limited to schools, educational institutions, informational partners, referral partners, community partners, landlords, property owners, lessors, licensors, campgrounds, lodging providers, venue operators, excursion sites, parks, recreational facilities, activity providers, transportation companies, bus or van operators, drivers, carriers, hosts, sponsors, marketing partners, media partners, and other third-party partners or collaborators;
• from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, actions, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related in any way to my child’s participation in LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP, attendance at any camp-related location, overnight stay, transportation, waterfront activity, excursion, or involvement in any camp-related activity.

This release is intended to include claims based on ordinary negligence to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, but does not apply to claims that cannot legally be waived under Florida law.
7. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the released parties from and against any claims, demands, suits, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or related to:

• my child’s acts or omissions;
• my child’s violation of camp rules or instructions;
• any inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted health, behavioral, allergy, medication, dietary, supervision, swimming ability, or emergency information provided by me;
• or any claim brought by or on behalf of my child or a third party arising from my child’s participation in the program, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Medical Authorization and Emergency Care
I authorize LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP staff and representatives to provide or arrange first aid, emergency treatment, rescue assistance, transportation for medical care, hospitalization, or other medical services deemed reasonably necessary for my child in the event of injury, illness, allergic reaction, or other medical emergency if I cannot be reached promptly.
I understand that LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP is not a medical provider and may rely on outside emergency responders, urgent care facilities, hospitals, camp medical personnel, or other medical professionals.
I agree to be solely responsible for all medical bills, hospital charges, transportation expenses, prescription costs, and other related expenses incurred on behalf of my child.
9. Health, Behavior, and Eligibility Disclosure
I certify that all medical, allergy, medication, behavioral, psychological, developmental, dietary, and special supervision information I provide is true, complete, and current.
I understand that because LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP is an overnight, group-supervision program involving transportation, shared lodging, structured schedules, and active participation, it may not be suitable for every child or for children who require one-on-one supervision or specialized accommodations beyond the camp’s staffing model and operational capacity.
I agree to notify LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP promptly of any change in my child’s health, condition, medication, behavioral needs, allergies, swimming ability, dietary restrictions, activity restrictions, or emergency contact information.
LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP reserves the right to deny, limit, or discontinue a child’s participation if the camp determines, in its sole judgment, that participation may be unsafe for the child, other campers, or staff, or if the child’s needs exceed the camp’s reasonable capabilities.
10. Camp Rules, Supervision, and Conduct
I understand that my child must follow all camp rules, safety requirements, overnight supervision rules, cabin or lodging rules, curfew and lights-out rules, transportation rules, waterfront rules, venue rules, behavioral expectations, and instructions given by camp staff and third-party operators.
I understand that unsafe, aggressive, disruptive, noncompliant, or inappropriate behavior may result in restricted participation, parent notification, early removal from camp at the parent’s expense, suspension, or dismissal from camp without refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling.
I understand that staff may establish and enforce reasonable rules regarding electronics, personal belongings, dress code, food, hydration, sun protection, communication with parents, bedtime routines, and participation in activities.
11. Communication, Visits, and Early Removal
I understand that campers may communicate with parents or guardians only during designated times established by the camp, unless the camp determines that additional contact is necessary.
I understand that parent or guardian visits during the camp session are generally not permitted unless specifically approved by camp management.
I understand that if my child must leave camp early for behavioral, medical, personal, disciplinary, or family reasons, I am responsible for arranging and paying for such removal or transportation, unless the camp decides otherwise.
12. Payment Policy / No Refund / No Transfer Policy
I understand and agree that all payments, including deposits, camp tuition, transportation fees, and any other charges, are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
I further understand and agree that no refunds, credits, make-up days, transfers, rescheduling, or carryovers will be provided for absences, illness, withdrawal, dismissal, homesickness, behavioral issues, late arrival, early departure, emergencies, weather-related interruptions, or any missed portion of camp for any reason.
I understand and agree that full payment for camp and transportation, if selected, must be made no later than one (1) month before the start date of camp.
If payment is not received in full by that deadline, LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP reserves the right to cancel the child’s spot without refund or credit of any amounts previously paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the camp.
13. Personal Property and Electronics
I understand that my child should not bring valuables, expensive electronics, jewelry, large sums of cash, or other important personal items unless specifically requested or permitted by the camp.
I understand that the camp may limit, collect, store, or restrict use of mobile phones, tablets, smart devices, or other electronics during the session.
I agree that LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP and the released parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
14. Pick-Up and Release Authorization
I understand that my child will only be released at the end of camp to a parent, legal guardian, or other person listed by me as authorized for pick-up, unless otherwise approved by the camp.
I understand that identification may be required before release of my child.
15. Photo, Video, and Media Release
I grant permission to CAMP TRAVELER LLC, d/b/a LETS GO CAMP and LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP, and its designees, partners, and authorized media or marketing representatives to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture my child’s image, voice, likeness, artwork, or participation during camp activities.
I authorize the use, publication, reproduction, editing, distribution, display, and promotional use of such materials in any format or media now known or later developed, including websites, social media, digital advertising, print materials, newsletters, press materials, and other marketing, educational, editorial, or promotional content, without compensation or further approval.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of such materials.
16. No Guarantee of Safety
I understand and acknowledge that no camp, venue, transportation provider, lodging provider, or activity operator can guarantee the safety of participants at all times. I understand that supervision reduces but does not eliminate risk.
17. Governing Law and Venue
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement or my child’s participation in LET’S GO OVERNIGHT CAMP shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
18. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. Electronic Signature and Agreement
I understand that this agreement may be signed electronically and that my electronic signature shall be deemed the legal equivalent of my handwritten signature to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
By signing or electronically accepting this registration, I certify that:

• I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named in the registration;
• I have carefully read this entire Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk, Medical Authorization, Payment Policy, and Release of Liability;
• I understand its contents;
• I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights on behalf of myself and my child to the fullest extent permitted by law;
• and I voluntarily agree to all of its terms.
